If you have the man power and tools to make this into a petition that you can take to a protest to be signed by many people, then that would help. We need all the signatures we can get. We the People represent ourselves. We don't need the House of Reps as our middlemen. There is no time limit for getting our message across. I don't care if it takes two to four years to get our message across.
Sign the letter just for yourself or have other people sign it as well by using extra paper for extra signatures. Use clipboards with a pack of pens for mass gatherings that you can organize yourself and call it 'Protest for Our Liberties Petition Signing'. If you have a large YOUTUBE following or social media following, spread this message to your followers.
This letter has been sent to all three addresses below; therefore each addressee will be aware. Whether you like Trump or not, it does well to show respect when writing to him.

Dear President Trump, Thank you for all you’ve done to help our country stay afloat. Thank you for all you have done to fight the abduction of children. Thank you for keeping your enemies closer to you than your own friends. We pray you continue asking the Holy Ghost for guidance, and to know that we will fight for the sovereignty of our individual human bodies, that We the People are not kicked out of commerce prematurely by forced mandates, social & medical scoring, or unreasonable infringements.
We cannot serve two masters. One master turns us into chattel with forced mandates like vaccines, medical tests, different types of penetrative tracking / RFID, that socially & medically scores us on whether or not we are allowed to buy, sell, travel, leave our home, mass gather, peacefully protest, etcetera. Or we serve God and do not conform to any forced mandates that unreasonably infringe on any of our Constitutional Amendments and Rights. Banning cash will not stop or reduce contagions.
The Fourth Amendment: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Be sure your signing sheets look like this. Each sheet needs to have the subject matter at the top, also signature/address and at the bottom say the amount of lines per page like 20 signatures per page depending on the number of lines you format on your document. Give large enough lines for legible signing. Make sure there's enough blank space at the top of the page for a clipboard clasp.
If you want to have a gathering in a local park for people to sign the Amendments, then make a flyer for all of your libertarian friends on your social media sites. This is the one I am making, though I haven't added a date and time frame yet. Get volunteers to help too. Use paper clips on each stack of 10 signing sheets to stay organized. Bring a folder to keep extra signing sheets ready for if your sheets become full. Do this every weekend if you can in nearby towns.

Although Bill Barr does not agree with Bill Gates on making all people of the world get vaccinated for covid19 with a digital certificate, we still need to make law should they try pushing this with another president who aligns with the mark that serves man as the master of human chattel.
